Kali Mirch Ka Raita Recipe


Kali Mirch Ka Raita Recipe Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250g
  • Crushed black pepper 1tsp
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1tsp
  • Grated cucumber 1cup
  • Finely chopped coriander 1tbsp

Kali Mirch Ka Raita Recipe Method:

  • Whip the yogurt and add the crushed black pepper, salt, cumin grated cucumber and finely chopped coriander.


Imli Ki Sauce Recipe


Imli Ki Sauce Recipe Ingredients:

  • Tamarind 250 gm
  • Water ½ litre
  • Jaggery 50 gm
  • Toasted carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Toasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Toasted ginger powder ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

Imli Ki Sauce Recipe Method:

  1. 1-      Soak 250 gm tamarind in ½ liter water for 2 hours. Then rub with hands and remove the seeds. Strain them.
  2. 2-       In  saucepan add the tamarind pulp , along with  1 tsp salt and 2 tsp red chili powder. Cook for 10 minutes. Then  add 50gm jaggery.
  3. 3-      When the jaggery starts to dissolve, pour the corn flour dissolved in water stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Turn the flame off
  4. 4-      In the end, add 2 tsp toasted cumin, ½ tsp toasted ginger powder and 1 tsp toasted carom seeds powder.
  5. Delicious ‘imli ka chatkhara’ is ready to serve.


Hyderabadi Dahi Bary Recipe


Hyderabadi Dahi Bary Recipe Ingredients:

  • Mash ki daal 1 cup
  • Moong ki daal ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Ingredients for baghar
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  • Cumin seeds1 tsp
  • Whole button red chilies6

Hyderabadi Dahi Bary Recipe Method:

  1. Soak both the daals for 6 hours, put in the blender with enough water, salt, crushed red pepper, white cumin and baking powder, blend to a fine paste, remove in a bowl, heat oil and fry 1 tbsp full of batter on medium flame till brown, remove from oil, soak in salted water for 15 minutes, squeeze water and keep aside, beat yogurt with 2 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt and ½ cup water till smooth, put some yogurt in a serving dish, arrange fried badas, pour yogurt over top with baghar.

Kachori Recipe


Kachori Recipe Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp leveled
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Filling
  • Chana ki daal boiled 1 cup till tender, grind and mix with ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed red pepper

Kachori Recipe Method:

  1. In a bowl take salt, oil and water, mix add in flour, knead to a smooth dough, add in another tsp of oil, knead well until smooth, divide into 12 equal portions, shape them into balls, leave them covered for 15 minutes, take 1 ball in your hand, spread a little, put half tsp filling, again reroll into a ball, out oil on a flat surface, spread the kachori into a saucer size, deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
